Maui PACE provides worry-free, fully integrated and coordinated health and social services, usually at no cost to qualified individuals. Depending upon your income and eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid, you may have a monthly cost share. We focus on preventative care, early recognition and treatment of symptoms that can signal major problems, and maintenance of your highest level of functional ability.

When you join Maui PACE, transportation is provided to our day health center, where you will receive healthcare and social services, meals, and participate in various activities. Additional services are also available in your home.
